360 Faucets makes an effort to provide the best service for all users. To better solve the return and refund issue, please view the following content.
Important: The cancellation requests are not accepted after 48 hours, since the fulfillment process starts after 48 hours.
There are no exceptions for returns. In order to have a refund, the order must meet the return & refund requirements, and you must return the order. Please do no hesitate to contact us for any further questions!
What you need to provide:
A. Please let our customer support knows if your order is within the return guarantee period or not, depending on the product type. The products that we offer USA shipping has a 15-day return period and other products that we offer have a 30-day return period.
B. Photos/videos of the damaged item if this is the case. Please send us the materials to prove the damage. Otherwise, the product must be within the guarantee period, packed, unopened and unused.
C. Tracking number of the item and selected shipping courier. You will need to send the tracking number and receipt to us in order to prove that you have returned it. Otherwise, returns will not be accepted since the warehouse cannot identify the returns without the tracking number.
How to request a refund:

B. Send photos/videos of the damaged product and screenshots of the product if this is the case or if the product is in the guarantee/warranty period, please let our customer support team know. Otherwise, the product must be within the guarantee period, packed, unopened and unused.
Please know that the money will be refunded to the original payment channel (PayPal or credit card).

We have a 15-30 day return policy, which means you have exactly 15–30 days depending on the product type after completing your purchase to request a return. You can find this information above to learn each product type's return period.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@360faucets.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label or return address with the instructions. Our return labels are limited and cannot be used for all orders. Please follow our support team's instructions for completing the return. In this case we will be providing instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Wrong Address / Information
360 Faucets is not liable in case where the product is returned or disposed by the shipping courier due to lack of address information or wrong information. The customer is completely liable in this situation, where the issue is caused by their wrong or insufficient input in the first place.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
