We replaced a less than 3 year old Vigo shower unit with the Zen Falls Shower Deluxe and are very happy. The power is amazing! Love the lights and temperature display. Didn’t know we needed them till we got them! The shower or waterfall option is a nice option. And a lifetime warranty is a huge bonus. Our Vigo needed cartridges changed already (at a cost to us) and we couldn't get the handle off, so a plumber cost as well. We chose to replace it with this unit instead. So glad we did! Our bathroom was remodeled almost 3 years ago and we had new interior wall equipment installed. We used a plumber and he did say he had to use a longer hose than was included in the Zen box. Not sure everyone will have that issue, but may.

I purchased this panel in October but am just starting to use it as our big bathroom remodel took longer that planned. I don’t have enough words to describe how amazing this unit is! Our contractor was shocked how easy it was to install because all the valves are built into the panel; you only need to connect a hose to the hot and one to the cold. My husband and I were concerned about the pressure being enough but WOW is it ever. The variety of choices you have on jets, rain and waterfall are so cool and feel amazing.

This thing works as advertised. Of course I was holding my breath as I was in the middle of a complete remodel of my master bath but MAN am I impressed, surprised and rush to the shower daily for the "experience". The strength of the shower and all the spray selections just makes me laugh out loud because this was the shower experience I was hoping for and going for in my remodel.

The water jet options definitely put a new style on our shower experience. I really like the ability to control different spray options simultaneously. You can enjoy your shower with the added massage from the jet sprayer. You can also use the shower wand the same time as the shower head. The waterfall is defintely a special luxury feature.

I used this shower unit to change an old one, and it fit flawlessly. Simple to install and stunning with the lights on. Has a wonderful rainfall, as well as blue LED lighting for those relaxing hot showers with music playing and only the led light on. The finest feature are the body jets. A good product all around.

I bought this a year ago as a change for the shower i had in my kids bathroom. Found a handyman to install it for me but he had not installed many and said that it was easy to install. I love this new unit. It has worked flawlessly, looks great, I love the LED’s, the jets are easy to use. The different water options are really nice and we have great pressure. I would highly recommend this shower. I would definitely buy another one from this company. It's well made and looks great.

This shower is the BOMB!!! Lots of water pressure and controls. I will tell you that the main rain is so nice that I barely ever use any of the others on this panel. I do like a nice really hot waterfall on my shoulders from time to time, but for the most part that main rain shower is my favorite.
